Fantastic Job. Matt W. Houston built our home in Monticello, MN. We sold our home quickly in the Spring of 2016. My wife and I meet with Matt and shortly after new that he was the right builder for us. Matt walked us through each step of the process, and built a superior home in comparison to what others where building in the neighborhood. Could not be happier with the attention to detail, and follow up. Matt was consistently available on email, phone or text. There were many days that my wife and I made changes, some of these over holidays, and we would send Matt a text and he would respond within minuets. Talk about a fantastic experience. I would not hesitate to use Matt in the future, for builds or remodels.
