Joel and the team at NOW Realty did an amazing job helping us prepare and stage our home for sale, working with us on the pricing strategy during a difficult market, and ultimately selling our home in a timely fashion and within the price range we had planned. Glenn was our most recent realtor for the home we purchased one year ago. Glenn was so enjoyable to work with -- he made what can be a stressful, time-consuming and laborious process a fun and enjoyable one. He was very patient - we thought we knew what we wanted, but he was unbelievably insightful based on our reactions when looking at homes and eventually we were looking at the homes that had great potential. He also is a great teacher - he was always ensuring we were thinking about the factors when buying a home (the lot, school district, neighborhood, etc) - things we would have otherwise ignored or not made informed decisions on. Glenn has continued to stay in touch with us after the sale - he truly wants his clients to be happy and it shows! We never felt pressure to make a decision or move faster than we were comfortable with. Glenn is very professional with high integrity and like I said, very fun to work with. Should we ever move again, Glenn is our guy, no question about that.

Ann just helped my husband and I buy our first home together and she made the process easy. Throughout the process, Ann was very professional and went above and beyond to help us find our perfect house. She guided us through the process with her experience, knowledge, and support every step of the way. She was easy to communicate with any time of the day, providing us with support and guidance whenever we needed it. Ann was patient with us when we were unsure of what we were looking for and was willing to see many houses with us. Her experience and knowledge was obvious as we walked through houses and put in an offer on a home. She took initiative to build a relationship with our mortgage broker and the other realtor in order to make negotiations go smoothly. She was there to support us through the inspection, the walk through, and signing the paperwork. We could feel how much she cared about helping us have the best experience possible and helping us stay calm along the way. Buying a house is always stressful, but she was able to reduce as much stress as possible through her support and personality. Best of all, she threw a house warming party for us at our new home and it was a HUGE hit. We are so thankful that we chose Ann to be our realtor and will be sure to use her again when we need to move to a bigger house.
